At college we have been introduced to Jane Shaw from People into enterprise. We have been having weekly sessions with her, and having her professional input regarding creating a business for our work placement module. People into Enterprise are a determined small organisation with a huge vision. They have a positive attitude and understanding towards what it means to be enterprising. They believe people can make wonderful things happen. Their programmes are very popular and we are very lucky to have worked closely with Jane in these few sessions where her help and enthusiasm have been most inspiring.
During the weekly sessions, our class was split into business groups according to everybody’s interests. My group decided upon creating a look book. We decided that the book would be for fashion focused females looking for up to date fashion and new ideas which aren’t seen as stereotypically fashionable but have captured a variety of styles from our high street. This would include high quality photo shoots with styled models.
The look book would give us a chance to promote ourselves and our own garments which would be a great achievement, which is something we could all look back on and be proud of!
